Supported Employment

Service goal: Individuals with the most significant disabilities will receive intensive support concerning employment.

Some of our supported employment services include:

• Intensive support at the worksite

• Obtaining employment

• Retaining employment

• Learning how to adjust work environment

• Learning work skills

• Job coach at work site

• Assistance with learning transportation to work site

• Carved out positions

• Job accommodations

• Working on social skills

• Follow-ups with employer

This service would continue with long-term, extended supported employment.
